Why I suggest Langhe Nebbiolo San Francesco DOC
The stubbornness, courage and determination shown by the nebbiolo producer in the Barolo area, fuel the choices to produce excellent quality wines. Nebbiolo San Francesco is surprisingly perfect. Well ripe with a sensation of freshness both olfactory and gustatory, the acidic vein supports all the sip. The Langhe Nebbiolo by Roberto Voerzio is a great example of the search for perfection.
The Sommelier: Conspicuously dark, it dyes the garnet red color. Concentration: the alcohol content reaches 14.50% vol. Olfactory freshness: fruit aromas mixed with atypical intriguing nuances and scents. In the mouth it flows in a constant and progressive way, showing itself to be full-bodied and silky. A sip supported by the acid vein and shows the evolution of tannins, tend to softened over the years with aging. A majestic finish in persistence.
Suggested pairings: Excellent with sausage and broccoli, porcini mushrooms sautéed with Barolo, extraordinary with dried fruit at the end of lunch.
Uncork and allow to air before serving at a temperature of 18 ° C. in ballon wide glass.
Cellar ... production of absolute excellence, through work, stubbornness, courage and concrete choices to produce Barolo and wines capable of representing it in the world ... Go to the card.
