The Sommelier: From the vinification of grapes of the Montepulciano d'abruzzo we have a wine with intense ruby red colour with hints of purple, the wine with elegant aromas, you can feel the smells of cherries and figs. Full wine fresh and well balanced.
Combinations recommended: strong tannins offer courses of red meat marinades, roast pork, meat sauce mixed meat and game meat; semi-hard Cheese, parmesan, Caciocavallo and smoked ricotta cheese.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 14-16°C in a goblet Rhine.
