Why I suggest Serpaiolo Red Maremma Toscana IGT 2015
A young vibrant blend red, of good character. Made it exciting in the taste, with the Sangiovese, seductive and noble with the Cabernet Sauvignon; sensual and transparent with the Merlot. The wine is rich and moderately tannic, well-united, and very eye-catching.
The Sommelier: The color is ruby red, limpid and bright, of a good consistency and the degree of alcohol 13,50% vol, with hints of blueberry, cherry, and plum. Taste dry, immediately warm, the good balance of tannins makes it soft and silky, excellent in the final.
Food pairings: Perfect with roasted meats. Radicchio seared Red and polenta, pork chops, sausages. Hard cheeses and semi-hard salami.
