The Sommelier: From the grapes Merlot and Carmenere you get this wine, alcohol 13, 00% Vol.
The sight looks clear, garnet red color with the nail, brownish colour , consistent.
The complex nose, one can perceive scents of fresh herbs, notes of raspberry and
berries, cherry, plum, and spicy black pepper.
In the mouth, pleasant, fresh, firm tannins, well balanced , good structure from the final average persistent.
Food pairings: An excellent wine for the meal and the cuisine is genuine and tasty, like the pork risotto with black truffle, cheese, caciotta, pecorino cheese, stuffed olives, hams.
Uncork at the time, and serve temperature 16 - 18°C in glasses Burgundy.
