The Sommelier: From grapes Chardonnay, a sparkling wine with brilliant straw-yellow color and fine perlage, consistent with its 12,00 %vol, foam, evanescent. To the nose the bouquet is intense fruity green apple, the palate fresh with great acidity.
Food pairings: Excellent for aperitif and with shellfish, with a langoustine crudo, raw ham seasoned with cheese from the alpine pastures. Ideal with vegetarian dishes or vegan as zucchini julienne, salad with fennel, creative salads that combine fruits and vegetables. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, tops of hops, lasagne and pancakes, ravioli with herbs or with flowers, asparagus frittata in the oven.
Uncork and serve with no parsimony at a temperature of 8 -10°C. in a chalice, Tulip.
