Why I suggest Piancastello Brut Sparkling Reserve 2013 Trento DOC classic Method
Grapes Chardonnay and Pinot noir contribute to the production of the Piancastello Brut Reserve, which is complete with the second fermentation in the bottle, by the traditional method (Champenois). Leaving the wine to mature for 36 months on the yeasts, natural, and enrich the range of aromas. The “Dosage” for this sparkling wine, which is a minimum to maximise the natural characteristics present in the area of production, obtainable from the artisan tradition which is particularly accurate.
The Sommelier: Colour: straw yellow with green reflections of good alcohol content 13.00% Vol.; uve the smell of the Chardonnay and Pinot noir from the perlage is fine and elegant. At the nose scent of ripe fruit, yellow peach, notes of honey and bread crust; in the mouth you perceive the strong flavor, resulting in increased freshness, delicate wine with a dry, cheery with its intense flavor, soft and silky.
Food pairings: Excellent with appetizers of sea and land. Enjoyable throughout the meal.
Serve at a temperature of 8°to 10 ° C in a goblet Flute.
