Why I suggest Sparkling wine Cuvée Brut Rosé
A generous wine, as simple as its people.
Sommelier: a Wine produced with grapes Aglianico del Vulture (Irpinia) vinified in white and made Sparkling Wine with the Charmat method. The wine spumante millesimato limpid and crystalline. The ccolor is pink foam with a fleeting bubbles and the purposes. Optimum consistency and gradation in alcohol 13,00% vol. In the mouth the wine conveys a strong acidity by transforming into a perception of freshness and minerality. It is a sparkling wine with a soft, dry and easy to drink.
Food pairings: Great for appetizers of sea, grilled Fish. Snails bourguignon, creamed Cod and baked potatoes, Salmon, Ravioli (ricotta and spinach), Cod steamed with cream.
Uncork and serve fresh at a temperature 8 - 10°C. in the goblet flute.
