Why I recommend Donna Celeste Fiano di Avellino DOCG
The encounter between history and pleasure;
The Sommelier: The view, clean and bright straw yellow color. Aroma medium intense, with evident vegetal scents that give way to aromas of the mediterranean. In the mouth it is fresh, with an acidity well-balanced, non-invasive, notes of fresh almonds and hazelnut, persistent finish.
Pairings featured: Excellent for aperitif, with crustaceans, ideal with vegetarian dishes or vegan, such as salads with fennel, creative salads that combine fruit and vegetables, with tofu cooked in many different ways. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, tops of hops, lasagne and pancakes, ravioli with herbs or with flowers, risottos and timbales, pasta with fresh tomatoes, san Marzano tomatoes, fish carpaccio, fresh cheeses, to try with monkfish in the oven with potatoes and pumpkin.
Serve at temperature 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip.
The winery: In 1999 Ermanno Russo decided to replant the vine in the place where he grew up, extending the property and building the winery in the commune of Taurasi in the locality Carazita... go to the card.
