Why I suggest La Pureté Chablis
Grand Cru Vaudésir
The Sommelier: Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir, 100% Chardonnay and 13.10% Vol. Alcohol is vinified in 500 L oak barrels where it develops power and breadth. It is the perfect example of a classic Chablis Premier Cru. Located between Grand Cru Valmur and Les Preuses, the Grand Cru Vaudésir presents a very homogeneous wine, young, not austere, but very fine and floral, and develops, in aging, a beauty in a round structure and power. Its scent has notes of citrus, the freshness strengthened by a touch of acidity at the end of the mouth, mixed with buttered aromas that give it flexibility. Iodate notes are pleasantly found in this Premier Cru typical of the Chablis terroir of the French wine region in Burgundy, whose owner is Louis MOREAU.
Recommended pairings: An ideal wine as an aperitif or try a lobster in a crust of phyllo dough, a spicy meal with parsley, snails with Bourogne, noble fish: sole, turbot, salmon; Lobsters, scallops.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 12 ° C in a Renano glass.
Cellar: The Moreau family has lived in Chablis since 1814 and is now in its sixth generation. Louis Moreau, a scholar in enology-viticulture at the University of California, succeeds his father. Louis favors, to the conventional, a reasoned work of the vine. It adopts the natural solution to preserve the quality of its vines and grapes ... Go to the card
