Why I suggest Il Marchese Monferrato Bianco DOC 2016
The piedmontese white is recognized as the excelsior of Italian wines. Its extraordinary scent of the apple pippin and delicate olfactory notes are almond, exalt it in the olympus of bacchus.
The Sommelier: the Grapes of Arneis in purity, a clear wine, straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, of modest alcohol content 13%vol. On the nose, fruity scent of apple Renette hints of fresh hay, with notes of dried fruit, and Almonds. The taste is fresh, dry, very drinkable, excellent structure.
Combinations recommended: Appetizers, soups, broth, and Snails bourguignonne, sword Fish, steamed Salmon, Risotto, four cheeses, asparagus, artichokes of Puglia, the seafood Risotto, and soft Cheeses, Robiola, Crescenza, Stracchino, provolone, smoked cheese: buffalo mozzarella.
