Why I suggest Red Zonje

Quite good despite the not famous name and not pure breed. It means that every bottle has a specific taste! I don't know, but that's good. Most people will love this very bold and complex beauty.

The Sommelier: Cabernet goes through a natural drying process in the vines, dehydrating 30% of its weight. Nose, ripe red fruits, grapes, pepper and wet earth. In the mouth, fine tannins, medium body, with a nice acidity. Half of the mouth not too voluminous, but of good taste. Contains mineral notes and medicinal herbs. A nice ending.

Recommended pairings: Perfect with lamb, with grilled vegetables, seared tuna fillet; meat tartare beaten with a knife.

Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 16-18 ° C, in a large Ballon glass.
